    $25,000 (general estimate)

    The process includes:

    Step 1: Exploratory Research

    Exploratory research to learn about your organization, stakeholders and website. Insights and principles inform the design strategy.

    Step 2: Schematic Design

    Initial designs to layout the site structure and map user flows through low-fidelity wireframes.

    Step 3: Client Feedback

    Share the initial research, design strategy and prototype with the client to receive feedback.

    Step 4: Evaluative Research

    Evaluative research to test the design prototype and identify areas for improvement in stakeholder workflows, accessibility, and effectiveness.

    Step 5: Design Development

    Refining the prototype by incorporating design styles, typography, imagery, and interaction design to create a cohesive and functional user experience before final implementation

    Step 6: Build & Test

    Translate the high-fidelity prototype in to a working website; then test for quality assurance.

  • Design and build a custom feature for your website with different levels of complexity—whether it's a donation form, interactive map, or program directory.

    Basic Feature

    Research, design and build of a simple feature (e.g. donation form, volunteer sign-ups, resource library)

    Standard Feature

    $5,000 - $7,500

    Research, design and build of a more complex feature (e.g. membership portal, Artificial Intelligence, third-party API integrations)

    Advanced Feature

    Price based on scope

    Research, design and build of a highly-customized feature (e.g. interactive maps, multi-step application, CRM-integrated solutions)

  • Build a custom Google Analytics dashboard based on your key organizational objectives and automate reports that deliver important insights to make data-informed decisions.

  • Add the necessary tools and policies to ensure your digital products meet compliance standards, including: ADA, WCAG, Data Security.

    Starting at $5,000

    Deliverables include an audit report and compliance implementation

    Additional costs may be necessary if an audit reveals the existing site has backend issues that need to be resolved before achieving compliance. Billed hourly.

  • We provide ongoing website support to ensure your site runs properly.

    $1,250 (Subject to sliding scale)

    Services include:

    • 10 hours of design updates (excluding custom code)

    • Plugin & theme updates to prevent security risks

    • Bug fixes & troubleshooting to ensure website uptime

    • Website backups for disaster recovery

    $500K - $2M annual revenue - Standard rate

    $2M+ annual revenue - Market rate

    Standard rates (listed below) is the pricing Bridgeworks has decided is fair compensation for medium-sized Nonprofits; with respect to their funding. Market rate pricing is determined by conventional prices for similar products in the larger market and dependent on project scope.

    Milestone-based schedules provide access to our services while accommodating for limits or restrictions to funding during disbursement

    We can structure invoices in alignment with your funding payment schedule or in phases so you can secure grant funding before committing.
